Third-party liability

The website operator shall not be held liable for claims on the basis of debt relationships arising between registered companies and third parties.

The registered companies are responsible for complying with the essential standards and marking requirements regarding the products they offer. The products offered by companies registered with the platform do not undergo a certification examination according to medical, hygiene, or occupational health and safety regulation standards by the District Government of Münster or another competent supervisory authority, and this is not required for registration. The operator of the website does not examine or verify the certifications presented.

Liability for contents

In accordance with § 7(1) of the German Teleservices Act (TMG), we are responsible for our contents on these webpages as service providers pursuant to general law. In compliance with §§ 8 to 10 of the German Teleservices Act, our company as a service provider, however, is not obligated to monitor information provided or stored by third parties on our website or to undertake any research relating to circumstances pointing to illegal activities.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information in compliance with general law will remain unaffected. However, any liability in this respect can only be assumed as of the date of learning of a definite violation of the law. Should such a violation be noticed we will immediately remove such content.

Liability for links

Our online offering provides links to other websites maintained by third parties whose content is not under our control. Upon following one of these “hyperlinks”, the user is taken directly to the external website. For this reason, no responsibility can be assumed for any external content. The corresponding provider or web page operator of the linked pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages.

The website operator states, however, that the linked pages were checked for any possible legal violations at the time of linking and that no illegal content was detected at the time of linking. However, ongoing monitoring of the linked pages is not reasonable without tangible evidence of a violation. No unlawful content was noticeable at the time of linking.

Should any violations be noticed we will immediately remove such links.
